"Mapping The Future"
‘’Geology (from the Ancient Greek γῆ, gē (“earth”) and -λoγία, -logia, (“study of”, “discourse”), is an Earth science concerned with the solid Earth, the rocks of which it is composed, and the processes by which they change over time.’’ This project creates an alternative geological future about places that being used from companies as gold (and other metal) mines. In Greece, the open pit and underground mines changing the landscape as we know it. Through a speculative cartography you can explore a dystopic scenario, where familiar places changing year by year and creates the map of our future.
